When we are selling online, one way our customers know that we are still active.... is by looking at recent posts.
New pictures, videos & sharing posts help us connect better and build trust in the relationship.
Try posting differently and see what works better. Positive quotes like "HAPPY DREAMS COME TRUE!" & "HAPPY GO LUCKY" work well for us!
Getting Good Buys, these days we can look at reviews and observe what others use to decide.
Looking for my dream car, I decided to look online for prices and reviews. Checked out forums before going to the showrooms. It helps to ask my friends who are currently driving these cars too.
I asked my car mechanic for advice too. Korean cars are cheaper and getting more reliable if budget is a concern. Else stick to tried and tested Japanese cars.
Key thing here I want to share is to ask for advice. Then decide.
There are lots of things that we can do to feel better. A simple advice is Smile More!
This may not be totally related to ilovemasonjar. Well when we are Happy, the World is a Better Place!
In order to predict the trend, we can look at the changes in our own shopping behaviour. Do we shop often online now?
For me, I love the convenience of comparing items and prices online. You can benefit from reviews too. Plus shopping coupons.
We can go with the trend and provide value to others. You can try creating a shop and list items on Carousell. Chances are you can get some buyers for your items. Have Fun!
Should we create something totally new or follow the trend and make improvements?
As an young entrepreneur, I wanted to change the world and do something unique and make me happy.
After trying, it may be faster and financially worthwhile to look at the trend. See what people wants. Provide that.
You can do both and see what works! Most importantly, Have Fun!
We all have a choice to accept or reject customers.
And its ok to say NO. Do what makes you feel HAPPY & you will be able to continue to receive good customers.
They appreciate what you do, refer you to others and you feel good to give them a good deal!
Our best customers include our own friends!
Ideally we think of CEO to write content for the company. Like CEO of Apple, Microsoft & Razer used to share personal updates.
Have you thought of getting stories from your staff? Sales Team would have ups and downs. These real stories connect with us in our Hearts. Building relationships is key to success long term.
We can look at the number of returning visitors, cost per like on Facebook and ad spending on different social media platforms.
Should we look at it daily, weekly, monthly or yearly?
I think weekly data is more useful than daily data before we adjust our target groups in ads. Having a monthly meeting with monthly data to set KPI & Targets is useful!
