In a business, there are tons of things we deal with everyday.

It can include emails to reply, accounts to take care, bills to pay, salaries to submit to staff and more... Sometimes, there are unexpected things we take care of.

Such as New Businesses! Yup, we have a big customer whose orders from China were spoilt, so they called us up on Wednesday to do an event for Friday!

So what do we do, on our hands we have tasks. We have to look at the profits and whether we can complete the orders on hand. Focus on the big things!

Write on a piece of paper, it helps us to see clearly what are the tasks to do. And we tick that off. Maybe, we feel a sense of achievement too.

Sometimes, it is taking care of our loved ones too. And ourselves.

When we offer solutions, we are in Business!

Sometimes, it is solving our own issues that we discover that it can help others too.

We discover that certain gifts like teddy bears, dolls and mugs are timeless. You can probably be in business for the next fifty years or more.

The tough part is for potential customers to discover you. Referral, Social Media & Website marketing becomes important. And we need to take ads - it is like paying for shop rental on an online space.
